BOSTON (AP) — Tom Brady's missing Super Bowl jersey has been found in Mexico six weeks after it vanished from the Patriots' locker room — but the mystery isn't over. The NFL said the jersey was found in "possession of a credentialed member of the international media," and authorities are investigating whether a former Mexican tabloid newspaper executive played a role in the theft.

BOSTON (AP) — A former friend of ex-NFL star Aaron Hernandez told the jury at Hernandez's double-murder trial today that he opened fire on a car because he believed two men inside had taunted him at a nightclub. Alexander Bradley testified about the shootings on July 16, 2012. Bradley said Hernandez ordered him to pull up next to the victims' car at a stop light and then repeatedly fired a revolver into the car. Safiro Furtado and Daniel de Abreu were killed.

GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) — Instead of facing Japan in the World Baseball Classic, Johnny Cueto pitched in the Cactus League on Monday. He made the most of it. The right-hander threw five innings and allowed just a hit and a run, helping the San Francisco Giants beat the Chicago White Sox 3-2 in his third outing of the spring. Cueto would have started for the Dominican Republic against Japan on Tuesday night if his home country had advanced to the WBC semifinals in Los Angeles.

UNDATED (AP) — The women's NCAA Tournament sets its Sweet Sixteen with eight games tonight. UConn, riding a 108-game winning streak, plays Syracuse in a rematch of last year's title game. Oregon faces Duke, and it's Oklahoma vs. Washington. There are no men's NCAA games today.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — Two NBA headliners meet tonight when Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors face Russell Westbrook and the Oklahoma City Thunder. Another major matchup has the Washington Wizards visiting the Celtics in Boston.
