CHICAGO (AP) — Records show Chicago spent $18.8 million on worker overtime during the Cubs' World Series title run and the celebratory rally and parade that followed. More than $17 million of it went to the Chicago Police Department. The Chicago Sun-Times obtained the records through a public records request.
