(KSL News) It could have been large gang fight and potentially fatal. But quick action by Midvale police stopped anything from happening.
Police got a call this evening about a man with gun. Within minutes they arrived and found a large group of people in the streets.
When the people saw all the police cars, they scattered in every direction.
Police took ten people into custody, including some known gang members. No guns were found, but several knives were.
One person was taken to the hospital and will be okay.
Right now, police are questioning the men in custody and identifying the gangs involved.
