NEW YORK (AP) — Cotton futures No. 2 closed $2.60 to $3.75 a bale higher Thursday.
The average for strict low middling 1 & 1-16 inch spot cotton advanced 61 cents to 69.25 cents per pound Thursday the seven markets, according to the Market News Branch, Memphis USDA.
