Russia backs President Bashar Assad, while Turkey opposed the regime of Bashar Assad.

AUGUSTA, Maine (AP) — A Pagan priest has finally been given the OK to sport goat horns in his Maine driver's license photo. Phelan Moonsong had to appeal his license photo to the state after wearing the horns -- which he says serve as his spiritual antennae.
