(KSL News) Criminal charges have finally been filed against a man whose arrest was publicized on the Utah attorney general's new Web site.
Adam Rich faces one count of dealing in material harmful to a minor and two counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor.
Investigators say Rich arranged online to meet an underage girl for sex, but that girl ended up being an undercover officer.
Rich is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday.
