According to NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate, The State of Utah Department of Natural Resources, Division of Wildlife Resource recently purchased 21 acres in Springville from R & M Condie. They plan to use the property to realign Hobble Creek to promote a spawning area for June sucker fish.
