This is Fred Ball for Zions Bank, speaking on business.

Allowing customers and employees to voice their own opinions regarding the company is important for any business. Allegiance Technologies has developed a way for customers and businesses to communicate more effectively. It's called the Active Listening System.

The system allows companies and managers to initiate and manage dialogue with customers, employees and partners. Dr. Gary Rhoads developed the Active Listening System and founded Allegiance Technologies in April 2000 after observing communication deficiencies in many of the Fortune 500 companies for which he consulted.

As the Steven Mack Covey Professor in Marketing and the associate director of the Entrepreneur Program at the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University, Gary is an expert in customer retention, and loyalty consulting and research. He has been conducting studies in these fields for more than a decade.

The Active Listening System allows companies to quickly respond to feedback from customers or employees via the Web. All the communications are logged and recorded in the system so managers can easily monitor and analyze the flow and quality of the company's responses to the feedback.

This powerful tool also allows senior managers to understand how their customers feel about the products and services they provide. At Zions Bank, customers can use the system to submit feedback to President and CEO Scott Anderson. Scott personally reviews all the feedback.

With clients from Alaska to New Jersey, in industries from banking to healthcare, Allegiance Technologies serves clients across the country and in many fields. Its Active Listening System is making it easier for customers to speak and for companies to listen.

For Zions Bank, this is Fred Ball. I'm speaking on business.
