LOS ANGELES (AP) — Hollywood is mourning the death of Florence Henderson, the actress who played Carol Brady on the TV series "The Brady Bunch." Henderson's publicist says she died Thursday night at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, after being hospitalized the day before. She was 82. Henderson's manager Kayla Pressman says she had suffered heart failure.

NEW YORK (AP) — Stores open their doors Friday for Black Friday, one of the busiest days of the year. Shopper Bree Colley says she plans to go to Columbia Mall in Missouri with her mom in their yearly tradition. Jackie Tate, a nurse from Manhattan, got an early start at a Macy's in New York Thursday night. She says she plans to go shopping again on Friday, but her enthusiasm has waned.

NORTH VERSAILLES, Pa. (AP) — Police in Pennsylvania say a man who led them on a car chase and caused a fiery crash that killed three people near Pittsburgh was wanted on drug charges. East McKeesport police say a police officer pulled the man over for making an illegal turn Thursday afternoon, and the man sped off, running a red light and hitting two cars. One vehicle burst into flames.

BAGHDAD (AP) — The death toll from a car bombing south of Baghdad has risen to 73. Iraqi officials say 65 other people were wounded in the attack that happened at a gas station on a major highway near the city of Hilla. About 40 of the dead were Iranian pilgrims. The Islamic State group is claiming responsibility for the attack, saying it was a suicide truck bomb.

ACAPULCO, Mexico (AP) — Investigators searching hidden graves in Mexico have found 32 bodies and nine human heads in the southern part of the country. Soldiers and police found the graves on Tuesday at an outlaw camp in Guerrero state after receiving a tip that people were being held at the site. Guerrero state is where rival drug gangs have been engaged in a wave of extortion, kidnappings and turf battles.
