Several Salt Lake businesses report personnel news. The Summit Group Communications hired Tori Hernandez as Executive Assistant to the agency’s president. Nicole Frei, MD, joined the IHC Physician Group. IKON Office Solutions promoted Lisa Ipson to Sales Manager and named Anthony Canoso as Systems Analyst Manager. The United Way of Salt Lake hired Bill Crim as Director of the Center for Economic Opportunity and Public Policy.

The recipient of the 2004 Athena Award is Governor Olene Walker. The recipients of the 2004 Pathfinder Awards are Hydee Willis, Margo Salazar-Rillston, and Phyllis LeFevre.
