Mikado Japanese Restaurant has created an introductory sushi class with renown chefs Tosh Sekikawa and Trace Hojo. The class will be held tomorrow, October 16th and November 6th at the Downtown Mikado. Students will learn how to make sushi rolls. For registration and costs, call 456-1309.
