Bonneville International Corporation announced an agreement to acquire three radio stations in Phoenix from Emmis Communications, KTAR (AM), KKLT (FM), and KMVP (AM). In exchange for the three stations, Bonneville is trading WLUP-FM (The Loop) in Chicago. This brings the total number of stations Bonneville operates to 37.

Two Zions Bank executive vice presidents, LeeAnne Linderman and Diana Kirk have been named to U.S. Banker Magazine’s ranking of the Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking and Top 25 Women to Watch respectively.
