PARK CITY -- Police in Park City say autopsy and toxicology reports now confirm the deaths of two 13-year-old boys, a day apart, was caused by overdosing on a synthetic form of heroin.
U-47700, also known as "pink" or "pinky," can be obtained legally online, though several states are working to ban the substance. It is considered much more toxic than other drugs, meaning some victims overdose the very first time they try the drug. It has been linked to a growing number of drug-related deaths nationwide.
