THIS IS LANE BEATTIE, PRESIDENT OF THE SALT LAKE CHAMBER, WITH YOUR METRO BUSINESS REPORT

Several Salt Lake businesses report personnel news. Tim Williams, former president of R&R Partners, has launched Ignition Consulting Group to help ad agencies build their brand. Big-D Construction has promoted Julianne Olson to Project Facilitator/Trainer and Patrick Derieg to Assistant Project Manager.

The Chamber’s 15th Annual Business to Business Expo opens tonight at 5 p.m. and runs through Friday at the Salt Palace. There will be live music, athletes, and the famous Prize Balloon Drop. And it’s totally free. Tomorrow morning you won’t want to miss a talk by Steve Young and Fraser Bullock. On Friday morning get revved up by a talk from Coach Urban Meyer. To RSVP for the talks, call the Chamber at 328-5050 or see us on the web at saltlakechamber.org.
