TRAVER, Calif. (AP) — The Latest on a bus crash in Central California (all times local):
11:35 a.m.
Authorities say 15 people suffered minor injuries when a bus ran off the highway in Central California and crashed into a fence.
Officer Justin Montooth of the California Highway Patrol said Wednesday that the driver was among those taken to local hospitals for treatment.
He says the Greyhound bus carrying about 28 passengers was travelling from Fresno to Bakersfield.
He says the bus ran off the right shoulder and hit a road fence.
The accident happened in the small town of Traver about 30 miles from Fresno.
Officials initially reported that no one suffered visible injuries.
But Montooth says passengers who complained of minor pain were then taken to hospitals as a precaution.
Officials are investigating the cause of the accident.

Authorities say a bus carrying 28 people ran off the highway in Central California and crashed into a fence, but nobody was injured.

He says the bus ran off the right shoulder and hit a frontage road fence.
He says the there is no immediate cause for the accident.
Officials are investigating.
