(KSL News) An accident near Jeremy Ranch caused traffic delays on I-80 this afternoon.
The Utah Highway Patrol says a 17-year-old girl was driving east when she apparently lost control and rolled into the median. She was not wearing a seat beat and was ejected from the car.
Troopers closed down westbound freeway lanes and diverted traffic to allow Lifeflight to respond. She was transported to the University of Utah Medical Center in critical condition.
