THIS IS LANE BEATTIE, PRESIDENT OF THE SALT LAKE CHAMBER, WITH YOUR METRO BUSINESS REPORT

The Comcast Cable advertising sales group has changed its name to “Comcast Spotlight.” Today’s change is part of a rebranding effort to unite Comcast’s local, regional, and national advertising sales offices with a consistent branding message.

The Utah Chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies recently recognized Montgomery Watson Harza (MWH) with 2004 Engineering Excellence Awards for two projects: The Salt Lake Aqueduct Hydraulic Study and the West Side Water Systems Improvements Project.

Urban Meyer, Sporting News National Coach of the Year, will speak at the Chamber’s next Breakfast of Champions this Thursday at 7:30 a.m. at the Shriners Hospital. To register, call the Chamber at 328-5050 or see us on the web at saltlakechamber.org.
