When you exercise, your body releases endorphins that relieve stress, making you feel better. As a result, people who exercise commonly report increased energy, endurance and self-confidence. But the lack of time and proper motivation typically keep us from experiencing this improved lifestyle.

Primetime Personal Training offers a solution to this problem. Though located in Draper, Primetime will bring the gym to you at your home or office, complete with a personal trainer. Primetime specializes in fat loss, resistance training, women's fitness, senior fitness, nutritional planning, corporate training and more.

Clark and Rich Pierson are the co-owners and founders of Primetime Personal Training. Clark tells me he was inspired to help others get in shape after overcoming his own struggle with weight gain. Once an all-American athlete, Clark's body fell into disrepair after he began flying more than 50 weeks a year for his job. After reclaiming his health and physique, Clark became determined to reverse the epidemic of unhealthy lifestyles in America one life at a time.

Clark and Rich are both fitness trainers and are certified by the International Sports Science Association. They believe resistance training is key to effectively losing weight and train clients using physioballs, stretch cords, body blades and medicine balls. Clark tells me resistance training is more beneficial to weight loss than cardio because your body needs lean muscle to effectively burn fat.

Primetime recognizes that everyone's body is unique and designs training programs that meet those individual needs. Primetime has clients of all ages and abilities, as well as programs that fit into anyone's budget. Clark tells me he gains a lot of satisfaction as he sees his clients add years to their life and life to their years with Primetime Personal Training.

For Zions Bank, I'm Fred Ball. I'm speaking on business.
