(KSL News) Texas' Child Protective Services has agreed to end court jurisdiction over three more FLDS children taken in the April raid of the YFZ Ranch.
According to the Deseret News, the agency is "nonsuiting" the children because they believe the family situation does not require court oversight.
But officials told the Deseret News that Child Protective Services will still have some oversight over the children.
So far, 260 FLDS children have been nonsuited by the agency.
