According to Creighton University’s Mountain States Business Conditions Index, in October the region moved above growth neutral levels for the sixth straight month. The same holds true for employment—making October the fifth straight month of above neutral growth. Look for job gains through the end of the year and during the first quarter of 2004.

Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough announced the formation of the Jones Waldo Women Lawyers Group. Jones Waldo is the first law firm in Utah to formally establish a women lawyers practice group.
