Several Salt Lake businesses report personnel news. Mikado Japanese Restaurant has hired well-known “Japanese Fusion” chef Toshio Sekikawa as Mikado’s Executive Chef. Deer Valley Lodging appointed Jennifer Arenkiel, Stacie Kimberley, and Elizabeth Hartle to the positions of National Sales Managers responsible for the Midwest, California, and Wasatch Front Utah markets, respectively. James E. Smith has joined Community First National Bank as President of its six branch locations in Utah. Jim Butler, a natural resources and environmental attorney at Parsons Behle & Latimer, has been appointed chair of the Mining Committee of the American Bar Association.
