Several Salt Lake businesses report personnel news. Ruth Quigley Hawe joined Van Cott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy as an Associate, and will focus her practice in real estate law. Big-D Fastrack, a division of Big-D Corporation, has named Gifford Briggs as Senior Project Manager, and Ryan Carter to Project Manager. Five new Associates joined Parsons Behle & Latimer: Brigham Daniels in litigation and environmental; Joshua Foukas in corporate and tax; Robert Hughes in environmental, energy, and natural resources; David MacArthur in litigation, and Juliette White in litigation. Dr. Carl Kjeldsberg [shells-burg] was recently appointed as Chairman of the Board and CEO of the University of Utah-owned Associated Regional and University Pathologists. Dr. Ronald Weiss was named President and COO of ARUP Laboratories.
