Axis41, a local marketing communications agency, was recently recognized with three “finalist” awards at the Mohawk Show competition. The Mohawk show judges marketing pieces for their quality design, print production, and selection of paper.

FFKR Architects won a Silver Citation for outstanding design from American School & University magazine. The interior design project recognized was FFKR’s work on the David P. Gardner Hall Renovation and Concert Hall Addition at the University of Utah.

Merit Medical has entered into a manufacturing relationship with Inovar in Logan. Inovar will build printed circuit sub-assemblies for Merit Medical’s Monarch/ATM Inflation Syringe.

The Salt Lake Chamber and the Salt Lake community will honor President Gordon B. Hinckley of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as “A Giant In Our City” on Wednesday, October 29, 2003 at The Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah. President Hinckley will be honored for his lifetime of enduring contributions to the greater Salt Lake community and its residents.
