THIS IS LANE BEATTIE, PRESIDENT OF THE SALT LAKE CHAMBER, WITH YOUR METRO BUSINESS REPORT

Several Salt Lake businesses report personnel news. The Salt Lake office of RGL—Forensic Accountants and Consultants announced that Scott Kimber has been named an Accredited Senior Appraiser by the American Society of Appraisers. The law firm of Parsons Behle & Latimer announced that Kenneth Burraston has joined the firm as a member of its technology and intellectual property department.

Crowell Advertising, Marketing and PR recently completed work for several clients. Crowell created a new anti-tobacco television spot for the Utah Department of Health, a youth anti-tobacco radio spot for the Phoenix Alliance, a new television spot for Harmon’s Grocery Stores, and a series of billboards and collateral for Intermountain Harley-Davidson’s rental equipment.

It’s Up, Up and Away at the Chamber’s 101st Annual Meeting on September 18th at the Salt Lake City Downtown Marriott. At this uplifting meeting we will honor our outgoing board members and ten Chamber Champions. The reception is at 11:30 and the luncheon begins at noon. For more information, call the Chamber at 328-5077, or see us on the web at saltlakechamber.org.
