(KSL News) The weather is being blamed for an accident that sent a bicyclist to the hospital in Salt Lake City.
Police say traffic lights were out in the area of 400 South and 1000 West last night when a man on the bike tried to cross the street in a crosswalk.
He was struck by a silver SUV. The driver then fled the scene of the accident.
The victim was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Police are now looking for the driver of the SUV.
