Several Salt Lake businesses report personnel news. Elaine Gause is the new CEO of Girl Scouts of Utah. Bruce Reese, President and CEO of Bonneville International, was elected Vice Chair of the National Association of Broadcasters Radio Board. Reese will help guide the actions and shape policy for the national organization. ClearOne Communications added Scott Huntsman and Larry Hendricks to its board. Bob Wilcox has been appointed to the Board of Directors for AAA of Utah, Nevada, and Northern California. Eliot Management Group welcomed Jeff Hodlmair as Service Manager of Operations. Evans & Sutherland appointed Thomas Atchison as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary.
U.S. Translation Company recently translated contracts from Spanish to English and English to Spanish for Salt Lake City’s Housing & Neighborhood Development division. U.S. Translation also translated housing programs from English to Spanish for Ogden’s Housing and Neighborhood Development division.
The Bureau of Reclamation is hosting a regional meeting entitled “Water 2025 Conference: Preventing Crises and Conflict in the West.” The meeting will be held next Wednesday, July 16th at the Hilton Salt Lake City Hotel.
