R&O Construction is building a new Sam’s Club in Avondale, Arizona. The 137,000 square foot facility will be completed in November.

Green Street Partners, a Salt Lake City non-profit developer, broke ground on the Second West Apartments at 925 South 200 West. The project has 25 apartments and 2,000 square feet of retail space in a six-story building. Green Street Partners is working with The Road Home and Salt Lake Interfaith Hospitality Network to provide some units for disabled and homeless people.
ajc architects has been selected to provide programming, planning, and design services for a combined administrative facility between the National Park Service and the U.S. Forest Service at Timpanogos Cave National Monument. The facility will also feature a visitors’ center with exhibits. The construction budget is $6 million dollars.
