Harmons Grocery Stores recently presented the Utah Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society a check for $35,000 dollars. The check is a result of fundraising activities ranging from a golf tournament to check stand donations from customers.
Crowell Advertising, Marketing and PR acquired two new clients. Joseph Daniels Pharmaceuticals, a Utah company that produces a flavored lip moisturizer called Jimmy’s Ultra Dew and Group Benefits Services, a full-service insurance and employee benefits firm.
According to Zions Bank, Utahns are following an increasing trend to use banks for insurance sales.
Cache Valley Electric has been awarded a contract to upgrade the existing electrical system at the Wahweap Marina on Lake Powell. The contract calls for a complete rewiring of the dock facility including 840 boat pedestals. Construction will be completed in December.
