This is Fred Ball for Zions Bank, speaking on business.

Have you ever noticed that when you travel, other people aren't as careful with your luggage as you are? Hopefully, whatever you've packed away can withstand being stacked, squished, squeezed and even smashed.

Well, in the 1930s, Erle Halliburton, a businessman and world traveler, set his mind to creating the quintessential travel case. He envisioned something sturdy, yet fashionable — a case that would protect his clothing and other belongings without jeopardizing his style. The result was a tough, but elegant case made of aluminum. Erle began selling his creation and today the company is called ZERO Halliburton. The company produces a complete line of travel and business cases sold in stores around the world, but it is perhaps most famous for its sleek and shiny attaché cases.

You probably didn't know that this unique line of luggage is manufactured right here in Utah. What's more, it's one of the few brands of luggage manufactured in the United States. I have been a loyal customer for years and I have five pieces of ZERO Halliburton luggage. Well, I visited their plant in North Salt Lake just a few weeks ago. There I witnessed the amazing process that starts with a perfectly flat piece of aluminum and ends with a flawlessly shaped case. The assembly line requires dozens of skilled men and women to cut, shape, mold, buff and apply the finishing touches to each ZERO Halliburton product.

In the past decade, ZERO Halliburton products have been used in more than 200 movies and television shows, including "Men in Black," "Ocean's Eleven" and "Austin Powers." ZERO Halliburton cases also have been used to bring home Apollo mission moon rocks, to deliver academy award Oscars in Hollywood and to transport speed skates for the 2002 U.S. Olympic team. They've been counted on in the past to protect some very historical cargo, and rest assured, ZERO Halliburton's luggage will give your own valuables the same exact service.

For Zions Bank, I'm Fred Ball. I'm speaking on business.
