Several Salt Lake businesses report personnel changes. Tyler Benson and Jeb Buffington have joined Nextel Communications as Account Executives. David Roberts is a new Account Executive and Justin Johnson is a new Appointment Specialist at the Salt Lake Chamber. Dr. Karen Stolman has joined the Intermountain Health Care Physician Group and opened her dermatology practice at the IHC Health Center in Sandy. Karen Suzuki-Okabe has announced her retirement from the State Department of Human Resource Management. She has been Executive Director of the department since 1993.
The Chamber’s Salt Shakers are performing a ribbon cutting today at Kinko’s at 19 East 200 South. The event takes place at 5:30 p.m. and is to celebrate Kinko’s 20th year in the downtown area. Congratulations to Kinko’s! If you are interested in having the Salt Shakers perform a ribbon cutting for your event, call the Chamber at 328-5053.
Business After Hours this month will be at the Utah Arts Festival tomorrow, June 19th. It’s a festive atmosphere for the Chamber’s famous business building networking. There will also be the usual great food and prizes. So check out the Utah Arts Festival and come by the Northeast corner of the City and County building at 5 pm. You’ll be required to get a wristband for entry into the festival, so register first for Business After Hours by calling the Chamber at 328-5077 or see us on the web at saltlakechamber.org.
