Richter7, a Salt Lake City-based advertising and PR firm, received five national ADDY® awards from the American Advertising Federation for creative advertising campaigns. Richter7 received one gold and two silver Addys for its Cache Valley Cheese television ads and silver Addys for a TreeUtah newspaper ad and for a promotional campaign for Richter7.
Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers recently recognized five Utah Stoel Rives attorneys. Ronald Moffitt, a principal in Stoel Rives’ Corporate Group, was described as a “top transactional lawyer.” Brian Lloyd, also a principal in the Corporate Group, was praised for his “outstanding securities work.” David Jordan, a principal in the Litigation Group, was described as a “star litigator.” Thomas Ellison, a principal in the Real Estate Section Stoel Rives’ Corporate Group, was singled out for his experience in zoning and land use planning. And Ervin Holmes, also in the Corporate Group Real Estate Section, was recognized for his “knowledgeable approach” and “great integrity.”
The Athena Award was traditionally the highest award given to a woman by the Salt Lake Chamber. The award now honors a woman or a man who has contributed to the community and the Chamber. The Athena Award will be presented at the Athena Award Luncheon on November 12 which will kick-off the American Express Women & Business Conference.
