This is Fred Ball for Zions Bank, speaking on business.

Paradise, you could say, is relative. For some, paradise may encompass white sandy beaches with palm trees and a gentle surf, whereas others might describe paradise as a cozy cabin along a lakefront. Cindy Mclaughlin of Bear Lake picks the latter for her as paradise. She's traveled all over the world and even used to live in sunny Florida for a number of years; but still she chooses to spend the rest of her life surrounded by the mountains of Bear Lake.

Cindy moved to the rural Bear Lake area from Florida ten years ago. While looking for a house she got the idea to enter the real-estate industry, so in 1994 she got her license and started working for a real-estate agency. After getting to know the area and industry a bit better, Cindy decided to get her brokers license, start Town & Country Realty Bear Lake and sell pieces of Bear Lake paradise.

Cindy says she sells only recreational property and is licensed to do so in both Utah and Idaho. In addition to the 34 homes and cabins listed under Cindy's realty agency, she also keeps track of every property, house and trailer being sold around Bear Lake and promises to show customers every single one until they find what they want. In fact, one of Cindy's clients took almost five years to find the right cabin.

Before selling real estate, Cindy and her husband owned a restaurant in Florida. While running the restaurant, Cindy noticed customers on vacation would return to the restaurant year after year day after day if the customers' first visit to the restaurant went well. Cindy tells me she tries to apply the same principle when selling real estate.

Most people looking to buy property at Bear Lake are looking for a vacation spot, so Cindy works hard to make the customer's first experience, the best possible. So, if a piece of paradise for you includes warm summer afternoons fishing on a cool lake or exploring a network of mountain trails, then Cindy and the rest of Town & Country Realty Bear Lake can help.

For Zions Bank, I'm Fred Ball. I'm speaking on business.
