LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) -- A man busted for $450,000 worth of black tar heroin in his car has been sentenced to nearly four years in prison.

Fabian Perez Lopez, of Salt Lake City, was sentenced on Thursday in U.S. District Court in Lincoln.

Lopez was stopped by a Nebraska State Patrol trooper last October on Interstate 80 near Waverly in eastern Nebraska. A search of the car turned up the stash of heroin in a package between the rear seat and a speaker box in the trunk.
