SALT LAKE CITY — There might not be a better American dinner than a nice, juicy steak.
For decades, it seems like steak has been the preferred entrée for many Americans. Unlike chicken or pork, steak is seen as a more memorable and satisfying meal for any occasion.
A great steak goes well with mashed potatoes, vegetables, rice and so on. Whether you like your steak rare, medium well or burned to a crisp, you can’t go wrong with ordering a steak at a restaurant.
