SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Transit Authority will offer extra TRAX service to help Salt Lake Comic Con attendees access this weekend’s festivities at the Salt Palace Convention Center.
On Thursday and Friday, UTA will offer longer trains on all TRAX lines, with regular 15-minute service on the Blue, Red and Green lines all day long. There will also be extra Red Line trains on Thursday for the University of Utah football game.
On Saturday, UTA will offer longer trains on the Blue and Green lines, with 10-minute Blue Line service from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Special discounted UTA passes are not available to this year’s Salt Lake Comic Con. Riders should consider using FAREPAY to save 40 percent off bus fare, 20 percent off TRAX and S-Line fare and up to 20 percent off FrontRunner fare. FAREPAY cards can be purchased at UTA customer service centers and select retailers.
