AMATRICE, Italy (AP) — Italy is observing a second day of mourning for the nearly 300 victims of an earthquake that flattened villages in central Italy. Meanwhile, spurred by the anger of local residents, construction crews pulled an all-nighter to build a tent complex to host an Italian state funeral in quake-devastated Amatrice (ah-mah-TREE'-cheh). The original plan was to hold the service in a distant airport hangar.
