CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Sept. declined 13 cents at $3.7050 a bushel; Sept. corn lost 4.50 cents to 3.1175 a bushel; Sept. oats was off 7 cents at $1.62 a bushel; while Sept. soybeans fell 7.50 cents to $9.8325 a bushel.
Beef was mixed and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. August live cattle was up .40 cent at $1.1075 a pound; September feeder cattle fell .77 cent to $1.3915 a pound; while October lean hogs rose .05 cent at $.6137 a pound.
