Several Salt Lake businesses report personnel changes. Anthony Franklin Advertising announced that Lisa Compton Harmer joined the Salt Lake City-based agency as Senior Account Manager. Sue Arnall has been appointed the new General Manager at the historic Peery Hotel. John Bird, President of Albion Financial Group in Salt Lake City, was selected to serve on the Financial Planning Association’s 2003 Government Relations Professional Issues Subcommittee. Sara Bingham joins the downtown office of Edward Jones as the new Branch Office Administrator.
Ned Utley, the Industrial/Commercial Manager of Culligan Water of Salt Lake, is among the first six people to be inducted into the Culligan International “Hall of Fame” in Northbrook, Illinois. The “Hall of Fame,” initiated this year, honors employees from local Culligan companies who have attained top sales over their careers. Ned has been with Culligan since 1962.
Community leaders and tourism entities from across the Wasatch Front have developed Utah Winterfest 2003 to coincide with the one-year anniversary of the Olympic Winter Games. For more information go to www.utahwinterfest.com.
