This is Fred Ball, Zions Bank, speaking on business.

When I pulled up in front of the new Burt Brothers Tire and Service facility in Park City I thought to myself, "Only in Park City would I see a pole and a place to tether your dog while your car is being serviced." That is typical for this great new Burt Brothers facility. They have a reputation for doing everything possible to garner customer satisfaction.

Burt Brothers has had a presence in Park City for over 5_ years. They were located on Rasmussen Road in an area that gave very limited visibility and was really not conducive for the scope and magnitude of service they wanted to perform. Their new location, located right next to Home Depot on Highway 40, gives great visibility and is much more convenient for all residents in Summit and Wasatch Counties.

The new complex is huge. They offer 12 bays for service work and tire replacements. They perform all services from inspections to heavy engine work. There are three bays for oil changes and lube services. There is a car wash and service is offered to provide "picture perfect detailing." The wash is a 24-hour operation that offers brushless car wash service.

Ron and Wendell Burt started their business in 1991 in Bountiful after working in the business since 1977. They now have four locations. The brothers "float" between Bountiful, Farmington, Sandy and Park City to make sure the company motto, "YES & NOW" is implemented at each store.

I emphasized the waiting room area on a previous script on the Bountiful Burt Brothers Tire and Service. I was really impressed with the amenities they offered their customers. Well, the Park City waiting area is REALLY something! They offer unique "brew your own" coffee service with a wide variety of exotic blends of coffees, hot chocolate and herbal teas. There is refrigerator stocked with juices, sodas and water. There is a large screen TV and all the latest papers and magazines and two Internet desks for you to browse the Net while you wait.

Residents in Wasatch and Summit Counties have really welcomed Burt Brothers Tire to their new location, and Wendell and Ron show their appreciation by offering great care and service to their customers.

For Zions Bank, I'm Fred Ball. I'm speaking on business.
