(KSL News) Texas child welfare authorities have ended the supervision of 14 children who are members of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (FLDS).
The children were among the more than 450 taken off the FLDS compound in Eldorado in April only to be returned to their families six weeks later.
Child welfare workers say the children being released from supervision are in homes where parents have made efforts to protect them from potential abuse.
More than 100 children have now been removed from state supervision since the raid.
