Are you looking to enrich your workplace by building diversity? Do you need a diversity plan? A group of concerned human resource leaders from companies like AT&T Broadband, Alliant Techsystems, Fidelity Investments, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Salt Lake City Corporation, and the University of Utah, have organized the Local Employers for the Advancement of Diversity or LEAD. LEAD has now found a home at the Chamber as a standing committee of the Chamber. All Chamber members are invited to join LEAD, especially HR managers and consultants. A reception is planned for Monday, January 13 at 3:30 p.m. to welcome LEAD to the Chamber and to welcome new members interested in building more diverse organizations. There is no cost to attend the reception. For more information call the Chamber at 328-5091 or see us on the web at saltlakechamber.org.
