CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly lower Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Sept. fell 2.75 cents at $4.0125 a bushel; Sept. corn lost 4 cents to 3.2350 a bushel; Sept. oats was up 3.50 cents at $1.7275 a bushel; while Sept. soybeans declined 32.50 cents to $9.9825 a bushel.
Beef was mixed and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. August live cattle was off .25 cent at $1.1247 a pound; August feeder cattle rose .07 cent to $1.4672 a pound; while October lean hogs lost 1.62 cents at $.5870 a pound.
