CASPER, Wyo. (AP) — The Wyoming Supreme Court has disbarred a former prosecuting attorney who was found guilty of misusing county money.
KTWO-AM reports (http://bit.ly/2biPFte) that the court on Wednesday disbarred Laramie lawyer and former Albany County Attorney and Prosecuting Attorney Richard Bohling.
Bohling was convicted in November of obtaining property by false pretenses and one misdemeanor count of official misconduct.
He was sentenced to two to four years in prison in February. He was also fined $45,000 and ordered to pay $3,000 in restitution.
