The Subway Restaurants of Utah have donated 480 turkeys to the Utah Food Bank. No, not turkey subs, turkeys. The Utah Food Bank is in desperate need of turkey donations, and Subway helped out by donating the gaggle of birds. More turkeys are needed, so contact the Utah Food Bank for more information at 908-8660.
The Caring Foundation for Children, administered by Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Utah, had a successful fund raising year. This enables them to provide free dental benefits to 200 additional children this year. That will bring the total of children covered by the foundation to 800.
Repertory Dance Theater has introduced an electronic newsletter to keep people informed about their events and activities.
