LAS VEGAS (AP) — Las Vegas police say a physical fight between two men has led to one of them suffering a fatal injury.
Officers were called around 4:15 p.m. Saturday to respond to a fight.
Upon arrival, police found a man conscious and breathing but with a laceration to his head.
He was taken to a hospital where he died.
Homicide investigators learned the victim had been involved in an altercation and suffered a head wound.
Police detained the other man involved at the scene but he has not been arrested.
The incident remains under investigation.
The Clark County Coroner's Office will confirm the victim's identity and cause of death.
Police say this marks the 110th homicide they have investigated this year.
