SOUTH WILLIAMSPORT, Va. (AP) — Victor Lizarraga pitched a complete game, Ali Camarillo went 2 for 3 with a triple and Chula Vista, California beat San Antonio, Texas 5-0 in the Little League World Series on Saturday night.
Lizarraga allowed just two hits and struck out nine. Devin Hinojosa hit a pinch-hit, two-run homer for Chula Vista.
Camarillo's triple led off the game and, after Anthony Soto struck out and Lucas Marrujo was hit by a pitch, he scored on a wild pitch by Dominic Tellis. Marrujo scored on another wild pitch to make it 2-0 going into the bottom of the first.
Hinojosa's homerun in the top of the third made it 5-0.
Tellis allowed five runs, three earned, on four hits over five innings for San Antonio.
