HAZEN, Ark. (AP) — Authorities say two students were injured after a Hazen school bus was rear-ended by a tractor-trailer.
Arkansas State Police spokesman Bill Sadler says the bus was stopped on U.S. 63 at about 7:30 a.m. Thursday to pick up students when it was hit from behind by the truck.
Sadler tells the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette (http://bit.ly/2bAMCyp ) that two students complained of pain and had "what appeared to be minor injuries."
Hazen School District Superintendent Nanette Belford says 23 students were on the bus at the time of the collision.
