MINOT, N.D. (AP) — A man accusing of intending to deal heroin near Minot State University and threatening to kill a woman with a gun has been sentenced to serve three years in prison.
Twenty-six-year-old Dennis Yeboah on Wednesday pleaded guilty to felony drug and terrorizing charges under a plea deal with prosecutors. He was facing the prospect of a life prison sentence.
Yeboah has a Minot address but the Minot Daily News reports he is not a U.S. citizen. Judge Gary Lee told Yeboah he might be deported after he's finished serving his prison time.
