Downtown Nordstrom is now going to be the exclusive carrier of Burberry Accessories--a renowned British luxury brand of accessories.
The Utah Athletic Association has chosen Big-D Construction to build the Salt Lake Olympic Committee Amphitheater, located at the Utah Olympic Park in Park City. The project, which emcompasses over 16,000 square feet, will be dedicated to the 2002 Olympic Winter Games atheletes. Completion is expected mid-October.
According to the Milken Institute, Utah ranks as number nine in the top ten states on the State Technology and Science Index. The index ranks states according to criteria such as Research and Development Inputs, Risk Capital and Entrepreneurial Infrastructure, Human Capital Investment, Technology and Science Workforce, and Technology Concentration and Dynamism. Other factors include the percentage of a state's population with Ph.D.s to research and development spending per capita.
