CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly higher Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Sept. was up 2.50 cents at $4.26 a bushel; Sept. corn rose 2.75 cents to 3.3025 a bushel; Sept. oats fell 2 cents at $1.7050 a bushel; while Sept. soybeans advanced 11 cents to $10.3050 a bushel.
Beef was lower and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. August live cattle was off .75 cent at $1.1475 a pound; August feeder cattle fell .40 cent to $1.4672 a pound; while October lean hogs rose 1.15 cents at $.61 a pound.
